For those have used both platforms, does one platform perform better fills than the other? If so, which one? How did you test?
vs
Positive▲8 · I use both, I couldn’t say this empirically, because I did not test, but my sense is that ToS has superior fills based on general experience.
Positive▲6 · For SPX and SPY I don't notice much. But most products outside that or in far months, both TOS and Fidelity have way better fills and price improvement. 5 and 10 wide simple SPX 2 leg credit/debit spr
Negative▲5 · Tastytrade by far, that’s why I opened the acct. Definitely superior for placing/managing options trades IMO, but I’ve also had more problems with fills on TT than ToS. Usually, I have to cancel/reord

Seems to be the opposite. Truly hope they use future funds to improve support and the platform. tastytrade has been very good to me. So…
Very Negative▲23 · It’s not going bankrupt. That post drew absurd conclusions from limited data. It sounds like someone who’s disgruntled about the outrage, which is worthy of criticism and pushback from users but that
Positive▲12 · I love tastytrade. I hope, tt will grow and in profit for loooong time. 🙂
Neutral▲7 · Yea, I don't think they're going bankrupt considering how much commissions everyone pays, and their UI is the best out there for options. So even if they were going bankrupt, someone bigger would buy

For selling options how does Tastytrade compare to Schwab (ToS) on a Reg-T margin account? In terms of buying power usage.
vs
Negative▲3 · Depends on the ticker 25% margin on lower risk (good liquidity) stuff 40%, 50% or 60% on some 100% collateral required on low liquidity stocks & options
Positive▲2 · For my trading style (very conservative) it was virtually the same for every ticker I checked previously. I think if you're doing riskier stuff, the capital efficiency is better on TastyTrade, like fo
Negative▲1 · Tasty got a bit lower BP requirements around 10-15%

Do you use Tastytrade as your primary platform to trade? If so, why? What do you like/dislike about it?
Positive▲8 · Tastytrade has low fees, nice margin conditions, useful support, ergonomic platform. So, I think, the Best broker yet. I hope, tastytrade will grow up and will be forever here for us. 🙂💰
Positive▲7 · I use TT and TOS differently. For charting, TOS is much stronger. But for complex option strategies, TOS can be shockingly clumsy for the year 2026. TT is designed well for setting up, and tinkering w
Neutral▲4 · tasty is glitchy, poor support, and mediocre fills. I left and went back to tos.
