Opened a joint account to take advantage of the 2% match promotion at the end of 2025 (the one that was paid in 12 monthly installments, not the multi year one they have now …). Probably \~5 calls to the customer service to get that going with clearly expressing my intentions (getting that account up and running quickly before the deadline etc..) and absolutely not a single customer representative…

Do not auto-text links based on the whatever AI picks up when you say what you are calling about. Sometimes you just need to talk to a person about an issue and do not need to know how to do something on the web or app. It's very annoying and distracting as you are typing in user name and password to be sent a text or after you say what you are calling about. Thanks.

My husband and I have visited their 3 branches close to my home in GTA and unfortunately none of them was helpful. We had to visit the beach 7 times and to wait for 1 year until they had the work done and they never feel bad for us. I suggest you invest in systems to keep the records, customers services training and good solutions for problems we face.

Can somebody tell me the trick to be able to talk to a customer service rep? The automated voice response simply tells me to press 1 contact the sales desk or otherwise it announces some stupid things and disconnects me. I’m never able to put in ‘5’ for technical issues menu. Anybody else having these issues and knows a workaround? Thanks.
